NOTES FOR PARENTS
If child will be absent from camp, please call Sean in morning (216-849-4505). If child has allergies, medical or special needs, tell Sean and the counselor. In case of injury, we will contact parent or call 911. We have all medical and release forms on site. If picking up child early, parents MUST alert the child’s counselor counselor. Apply sunscreen before camp. You may also pack sunscreen and ask counselors to apply.
On rainy days, we have an indoor schedule. Groups stay with their counselors and rotate between gym activities (footskills, small-sided games, futsal), computer lab, game room, science lab and arts & crafts room. Bring tennis shoes — no cleats allowed on the gym floor. THE SCHOOL WILL BE LOCKED on bad-weather days for safety. To enter call Sean at 216-849-4505.
Parents of campers will have the option of receiving text alerts about sudden changes due to weather. Information about registering for alerts will be provided.
Please donate board games for indoor days!
